Health Recovery, or a bespoke version, is a short, therapeutic course for employees experiencing ill health whether in the early stages of stress, anxiety, burnout or depression, or in the later stages of a fully blown condition. It was developed after experience of working with people with ME/Chronic Fatigue and anxiety disorders – people for whom there had been lack of, or insufficient, stress management to prevent serious health problems – and the realisation that such people could be caught at the stage where a need has been identified but before it has resulted in an acute episode or the beginning of chronic ill health. |
